Surveillance images show suspects in Northwest Side armed robberies

CHICAGO -- Surveillance images show two people wanted in connection with a string of armed robberies on the Northwest Side.

Police say they are among three to five males believed to have committed the crimes.








The first robbery happened August 26 at 10:20 p.m. in the 5700 block of N. Kimball.

The second took place August 29 around 10:30 p.m. in the 3400 block of W. Carmen.

The third took place on September 1 at 9:30 p.m. in the 6400 block of N. Hiawatha.









Police say in each case, the robbers took out a blue steel handgun and punched the victims before taking off with their money, phones, wallets and other valuables.

Two female victims were groped through their clothes.
