HARVEY, Ill. -- Longtime city employee and school board member, Tyrone Rogers is scheduled to be in bond court today on sexual assault charges.

Rogers is accused of raping the woman in his city hall office last Friday.

The woman told authorities she met with Rogers to discuss a city issue and says that's when Rogers locked his office and sexually assaulted her.

Rogers is the director of commuter parking for Harvey.

He has been placed on unpaid leave and a Harvey spokesman says officials may seek termination.

Rogers has not commented publicly on the charges.
