Former Bears cornerback Charles Tillman made a cameo appearance in the movie "Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens."

CHICAGO – During his 13-year NFL career, most of which was spent with the Bears, he always managed to pack a “Punch” in on the field.

Now Charles Tillman is trying to do the same in Hollywood just a week after officially retiring from the NFL.

The former Bears cornerback made a cameo appearance on Sunday night in the movie “Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens.” He is seen within the first ten minutes of the film as an air traffic controller over Las Vegas.

He speaks just two lines in the latest installment of the SyFy movie series about the chaos caused by tornadoes infested with sharks. He talks with a plane that is headed into a “Sharknado” in the Las Vegas area.

While longtime Bears fans might have been surprised to see Tillman in the film, the cornerback has said before that he is a fan of the series.

The movie’s official Twitter account gave Tillman a shoutout just before the movie aired on the SyFy Network.

On the same night that Tillman appeared on “Sharknado 4” former teammate Anthony Adams made an appearance on the HBO show “Ballers.”

Adams is no stranger to the screen as he is the co-host of “Inside the Bears,” a weekly program produced by the team.
