CHICAGO — Flying high after their victory over Venezuela at the United Center Friday, Jimmy Butler and Kyrie Irving led the U.S. men’s basketball team in a hilarious singalong to Vanessa Carlton’s 2001 hit “A Thousand Miles” that’s spreading quickly on social media.

The song was actually somewhat appropriate as the team was flying nearly 1,000 miles from Chicago to Houston to play Nigeria in their final exhibition game before the Rio Olympics.

DeMarcus Cousins caught the start of the singalong, including some quality air piano by Butler, which is key to any winning rendition of “A Thousand Miles.”

DeMar DeRozan and Draymond Green caught some of the highlights of the performance as well, including Kevin Durant in a blanket cocoon and a very unimpressed Carmelo Anthony.
