Girl writes brutally honest poem for uncle pointing out he’s bald

Kids say the darndest things. They are also brutally honest.

This story is proof of both.

An uncle and his young niece keep in touch by mailing each other cards once in awhile.

Reddit user “The Toolman” posted the most recent card from his niece with a poem she wrote — which sounds very sweet, until you read the poem:

Roses are red
Violets are blue
And you are still bald
And you can not 
Change that at all

The poem came with some drawings of smiley faces and a bald man.

Along with the picture, he wrote: “My young niece and I send each other funny cards in the mail sometimes. Her latest one really cut me deep.”
