CHICAGO -- A fan in the stands at tonight's Cubs game at Wrigley Field fell from the bleachers and on to the field.
Reports from inside Wrigley indicate the fan was in the right field bleachers.
According to several reports, people on the scene said he tried to jump over the wall but didn't clear the basket and fell onto the warning track.
He was given medical assistance right away and was carted off the field.
It’s reported that Cubs outfielder Albert Almora Jr. and pitching coach Chris Bosio also went out to the outfield to check on the man.
The game had not started at the time of the fall. It was in a rain delay.
