CHICAGO -- Severe weather in the Chicago-area forced a "shelter in place" during the Copa America game at Soldier Field Wednesday night.

But one guy clearly didn't get the memo.

A video posted to Twitter shows a man without a shirt running on to Soldier Field in the pouring rain. He runs for about 30 seconds until he gets tackled by the guard.

The "shelter in place" at the stadium lasted for about two hours, and the game between Chile and Columbia was expected to resume at 10:25 p.m.
