CHICAGO -- More than two dozen Chicago Public Schools have high lead levels in their water, testing has shown.

CPS officials answered to worried parents at the first in a series of public forums tonight.

CPS began testing several hundred schools within the last few months in the aftermath of the water crisis that occurred in Flint, Michigan.

Tonight at Mather High School on the city's northwest side the first of several public forums has held to discuss what's being done now in terms of testing and what's been found.

As of Friday, CPS has tested water for lead at 265 of 324 schools.
