3 shot on South Side

CHICAGO – Police are investigating a shooting that wounded three men on Chicago’s South Side.

Police say the men, ages 23, 28 and 29, were shot in the 8900 block of S Parnell in the city’s Gresham neighborhood.

The victims were standing on the sidewalk when a dark colored van approached them and an unknown suspect opened fire then fled the scene.

All three victims were taken to the hospital and are expected to be ok.
