Cubs President of Baseball Operations Theo Epstein strapped on a guitar last night and hit the stage with Eddie Vedder at the Metro, and it was all for a good cause.

Epstein's "Foundation To Be Named Later" focuses on education and leadership skills for urban youth.

Money from last night's event will help fund college scholarships.

Other musical guests included Liz Phair, J.C. Brooks and the Uptown Sound, and Jimmy Chamberlin from the Smashing Pumpkins.

Epstein's foundation will host a youth baseball game Saturday morning at 11 a.m. at Jackie Robinson Park on the city's South Side.
