Adam Levine, who mentored Christina Grimmie on season six of “The Voice,” will pay for the late singer’s funeral.

Her brother Marcus made the announcement on Facebook late Sunday evening writing, “I found out this morning, that Adam Levine personally called my mother and said he will pay for the funeral and her plane flight, and I was blown away.”

Grimmie was killed by 27-year-old Kevin James Loibl on Friday while meeting fans after her concert in Florida.

Since her death, Levine and dozens of artists in the music community have come forward with messages of support, heartbreak, and frustration.
