CHICAGO —  A convicted sex offender is charged after trying to record a boy with a camera inside a bathroom at Wrigley Field.

According to the Chicago Police Department, Nichols Gregor, 37, was charged with sexual exploitation of a child.

Around 3:35 p.m. Saturday, the boy and his father were in a ballpark bathroom using the urinals.

Police say Gregor stood next to the boy and pretended to urinate but instead took out a camera.

Gregor is a registered sex offender who served six months in jail for videotaping boys in a locker room at a Saint Charles swimming pool in 2010.
