Black N Bleu Burger

10 oz. burger patty
Cajun spices
pretzel bun
2 tsp whole butter
2 tsp bleu cheese dressing
1 oz shredded iceburg lettuce
2 slices of tomato
2 slices of blue/jack cheese
1 1/2 oz. balsamic onions

Season patty liberally with Cajun spices and cook to desired temperature. Butter bun and toast on flat top grill. Place dressing on bottom bun, then add lettuce and tomato. Melt cheese on burger, then place on dressed bottom bun. Top burger with balsamic onions. Place top bun on top, sewer the sandwich with a toothpick. Serve with fries, pickle spear and ketchup

Balsamic Onions

2 large red onions
2 cups of balsamic vinegar
1 cup of sugar
1 oz blended oil

Saute onions only until lightly caramelized. Add the sugar and cook until the sugar begins to turn golden brown. Add the balsamic and cook until reduced.
