CHICAGO -- Day 310 in the state's budget battle and some of those affected are crying foul.

Home care workers and their supporters rallied in the West Loop today.

They're angry over a new overtime ban that took effect Sunday.

Gov Rauner says it's aimed at curbing time sheet abuse.

But home aides say it's hurting the thousands of people with disabilities, who rely on them.

Lawmakers defend the overtime ban, claiming it could save the state millions.
