CHICAGO -- Chicago police are investigating after a man was killed in a drive-by shooting outside a fast food restaurant in the city's Pilsen neighborhood.

Family members identified the man as 43-year-old Jesus Juarez, a father of three.

The shooting happened at about 11:40 p.m. Tuesday outside the Express Grill near 18th and Halsted.

Police say Juarez was about to order food at the Express Grill along with another man, when the driver of a silver-colored SUV pulled up and fired at least five shots and then drove off. The SUV then drove off.

The other man was shot in the knee and hospitalized.

The shooting was caught on surveillance video.

The dead victim's sister,  Elizabeth Juarez,  said her brother was a hard-working and peaceful man who loved spending time with his kids.

The motive for the shooting was not clear.

No one is in custody.
