WILL COUNTY -- Parts of Chicago's southwest suburbs were hit with hail as a fast moving thunderstorm moved through Will and southern Cook counties Sunday night.

Pea sized hail covered the ground in towns like Manhattan and New Lenox.  Hail was also reported in Northwest Indiana.

The quick moving thunderstorm also packed in heavy lightning and rain.

Storms are expected to move out of the Chicago area by Monday morning.
