CHICAGO - Even as he enters his 16th NFL season, the Saints' quarterback is still a guy you can never "sleep" on.
In his 15th NFL season, he threw for 4,870 yards and 32 touchdowns in New Orleans. It was the seventh-straight season that he threw for at least 4,300 yards and at least 34 scores as the quarterback shows no signs of slowing down.
But Brees does enjoy to slow down at times, and that was the reason the former Super Bowl MVP found his way to the set of Sports Feed for the first time on Tuesday. The quarterback appeared on the show for Tempur Pedic beds April 26th and discussed everything from sleep to taking care of his body as his career progresses.
Brees also discusses his feelings for the City of New Orleans and his hopes to curb gun violence in the city that led to the death of former teammate Will Smith earlier in the month. Drew also talked about his contract, which enters his final season of in 2016, and his hopes to remain in New Orleans for the rest of his career.
