‘Veep’ Star Gary Cole on Brady Bunch movies; Office Space & Snoopy?

CHICAGO -- Chicago-area actor Gary Cole stopped by WGN Morning News Tuesday.

Born in Park Ridge, Illinois and raised in Rolling Meadows, Gary began his acting experience as Snoopy in a high school production of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.”

He studied theatre at Illinois State University with John Malkovich and Laurie Metcalf. He co-founded the Remains Theatre Ensemble and, in 1985, became a member of the Steppenwolf Theatre ensemble.

Some of his more notable film roles include cult classic Bill Lumbergh in "Office Space" and Mike Brady in "The Brady Bunch" movies. He's also been nominated for an Emmy in the hit HBO television show "Veep." Season 5 of “Veep” premieres on Sunday, April 24.
