CHICAGO -- A man from Wicker Park has been arrested and charged with a break-in and burglary at a home in the city's Bucktown neighborhood last month.

Antwoyn Carroll, 20, who also goes by the name Andrew Moffett, was arrested Sunday afternoon in connection with a burglary on March 18 in the 1600 block of North Bell Avenue.

He already faces charges in a car theft last summer.

The homeowner says that after filing a police report and waiting three weeks for someone to collect evidence, he posted about his dissatisfaction with police response on Reddit, then posted surveillance video of the burglary online.
