ELGIN, Ill. -- Federal authorities have shut down a limousine company whose driver was involved in a deadly crash in Elgin.

A limo owned by Lyons Limousine of Wisconsin flipped over on the Jane Addams Tollway, killing a woman and injuring six others in March.

The 20-year-old limo driver told police he was blinded by the sun and hit a construction barrier.

An investigation found the driver was underage and had a poor driving record with multiple violations.

Two of the crash victims are suing the company.
