The State Supreme Court recently struck down the city's pension fund reform plan. The court said the law violates a clause protecting retirement benefits promised to workers. But Illinois Senate President, Democrat John Cullerton says he still has hope for solving Chicago's pension crisis. He sat down with WGN political analyst Paul Lisnek in this week's Political Pulse.
