CHICAGO - Last year the division had just one team make the playoffs. That meant the defending World Series champion was on the outside looking in.

The Dodgers pulled away down the stretch of the 2015 season to knock the Giants out of the playoffs and failed to give them a chance to defend their championship. It's not the first time the rivals have effected each other's playoff fate and that figures not to change this season.

Once again Los Angeles and San Francisco are the class of the National League West Division and figure to be competing for one or two playoff spots down the stretch.

This group of five teams-though more specifically too-was the latest part of Sports Feed's Major League Baseball division preview. Josh Frydman and Andy Masur gave their thoughts on the teams, impact players and how they see things in the West shaping up over the coming months.

Also on the show the guys took a look at Chicago's piece of March Madness in 2016-The NCAA Midwest Regional.

Josh and Andy previewed the upcoming Sweet 16 games featuring Virginia, Iowa State, Syracuse and Gonzaga.

The Cyclones have a reason to feel at home this week since their former head coach is the current one for the Bulls: Fred Hoiberg. Hear what the players said about him and and who the hosts think will make it from the Sweet 16 to the Final Four by clicking on the video above.
