Family seeks answers after man found dead

CHICAGO -- The family of 23-year-old Tyree Grant is just looking for answers. They want to know why he was killed? Who's responsible?

The medical examiner's office confirms Grant died from multiple gunshots to the head.

His relatives gathered tonight at 104th and Dauphin to pray. There is a small memorial there now. They believe his body may have been dumped at this location and that's about all they know. Police can only say the victim was found unresponsive on the sidewalk around 1 a.m. today.. He was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai hospital.

Relatives say Grant had just started a new job and had enrolled at Olive Harvey College. He leaves behind a 5-year-old son and a baby boy on the way who is due in July.
