El Chapo’s daughter says he snuck into the U.S. and visited her in California

The daughter of  Mexican drug kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman says he snuck into the the U.S. twice while he was a fugitive in 2015.
Rosa Isela Guzman Ortiz, 39, lives in California and is a U.S. citizen.
She told The Guardian newspaper that at the end of last year, her father traveled to visit her and see her new home that he bought for her and her family.

“El Chapo” was wanted by both Mexican and U. S. authorities at the time.
He escaped a Mexican jail last July and was captured by Mexican authorities in January.
His daughter won’t say how he made it into the U.S.  She says she is curious how he did it.

Guzman Ortiz claims Mexican authorities and politicians were in on his escape.
