CHICAGO - Marian Hossa was back on the ice today, skating alongside Marcus Kruger after practice as the two continue to recover from nagging injuries.

Kruger is still a ways away, but Hossa may be back as soon as Wednesday in St. Louis.

The Blackhawks have gone 4-3 since Hossa went down with a leg injury against the Anaheim Ducks.

One man who will be in the lineup tomorrow against the Red Wings - new right winger Dale Weise.

Weise came to the Hawks in a trade that sent Phillip Danault to the Montreal Canadiens.

The move was a bit of shock for the Winnipeg native, but a pleasant surprise when he found out where he was going.
