CHICAGO — A man was shot and killed inside a West Side cell phone store.

Police have not released information on the shooter.

But there is still a heavy presence of officers outside, and a crowd of onlookers.

Family members identified the victim as 31-year-old Tommie Lee Pledge.

The victim’s brother, Tony Martin, was upset with the early investigation, saying something didn’t add up.

Chicago police say the shooting happened inside Division Quick Stop and Cellular near the corner of Division Street and Lawndale Avenue in the West Humboldt park neighborhood.

Police say a group walked into the store and the shooting followed, but offered no other details on what happened inside the store – saying it remained under investigation.

The police again say they continue to investigate this shooting, but again so far no one has been arrested.
