Arrests made as protesters disrupt traffic downtown

CHICAGO -- Arrests have been made during Wednesday evening protests in downtown Chicago.

Chicago police had traffic blocked off on Adams Street near State Street. Streets were later reopened but some protesters remained.

The demonstrators say they are marching against deadly police force. Their goal is to disrupt evening rush hour.

Expect delays downtown.
