CHICAGO -- Four days after Shari Graham was gunned down while riding in a cab, police are still looking for the shooter. Her family and friends came out tonight for a vigil to remember this mother of three.

Family and friends of Graham gathered in the city’s Auburn Gresham neighborhood. They came together to grieve and make this urgent plea for the shooter to turn himself or herself in.

This past Friday night, Graham was shot and killed while sitting in the back of a cab. It happened about a half-mile away from where the White Sox play.

After living in Texas for a few years, Graham had just returned to Chicago with her three children. The 30-year-old woman had hoped to find a job as a nurse.

Police say preliminary information indicates Graham was not the shooter’s intended target.

There is a $2,000 reward for information in this case. Graham is survived by an infant, a 3-year-old, and 6-year-old.
