CHICAGO — The search for a man wanted in the murder of a 9-year-old boy in Chicago has led authorities to eastern Iowa.

Tyshawn Lee was shot and killed in an alley in November.

Police say he was lured there by Kevin Edwards and two other men who are now in custody.

On Monday, U.S. Marshals searched a home in Waterloo, Iowa based on a tip.

Edwards was not in the house.

Tyshawn’s father denies any gang ties, but police believe it was a targeted gang-related murder.
