GLENDALE, Ariz. - The White Sox are expecting big things from Carlos Rodon in his sophomore season.

So is Carlos Rodon for that matter.

The 23-year-old southpaw finished 2015 with a 9-6 record, posting an ERA of 3.75.

But, the final eight starts of his rookie campaign were most impressive of all, racking up a 5-2 mark to go along with a sparkling 1.81 ERA.

Right now, Rodon is expected to fill the third spot in the Sox rotation behind Chris Sale and Jose Quintana.

It's a formidable 1-2 punch to follow, but the former first round pick is confident he can build on what he calls 'one of the best pitching runs' he's ever had.
