BAHRAIN -- Four American journalists arrested in Bahrain are being released -- but will still face charges.

Anna Therese Day of Chicago is one of four Americans charged last weekend during a pro-democracy demonstration.

A lawyer for the group tells "Sky News" they will be transferred to a police station and then freed.

No travel ban was put on the journalists, but they will still face charges of illegally assembling with the intent to commit a crime.

They are charged with participating in an illegal gathering with the aim of committing crimes and disrupting public security.

A spokesperson for day's family denies those allegations.

Last weekend marked the five-year anniversary of a pro-democracy uprising in Bahrain.
