CHICAGO - Ever try getting your way up 80 flights of stairs? Not many probably have.

But this is the challenge ahead of Sports Feed anchors Jarrett Payton and Josh Frydman this Sunday when they head to the AON Center to take part in the "Step Up For Kids." It's a benefit for the Lurie Children's Hospital and both guys have raised money for their big climb on January 31st.

Still, the guys need to get a little training to get in shape. So for Thursday's show we took you behind the scenes to show you how they got ready and that's tonight's #FeedonThis segment for the web.

If you would like to donate money to "Team Sports Feed" for the "Step Up For Kids", visit their fundraising page on the Lurie Hospital website.
