72-year-old woman killed in hit-and-run in Chicago Lawn

CHICAGO -- Police are trying to track down a hit and run driver that struck and killed a 72-year-old woman while she was crossing the street.

Investigators released pictures showing the minivan that struck and killed Siaciuliene, who was from Poland.

 

There’s windshield damage on the upper passenger side. There might be some headlight damage too on the passenger side.

Here are details about the minivan:

  • Chrysler town and country minivan
  • Possibly tan in color
  • Model years 1999 to 2003

The incident happened at around 2 p.m. at 64th and Kedzie last week on Tuesday, January 19.

 

Siaciuliene died hours later at the hospital from blunt force head injuries.
