Blackhawks reassign Bryan Bickell to AHL

CHICAGO — The Chicago Blackhawks have reassigned forward Bryan Bickell to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League, the team announced Sunday.

Bickell has registered two assists in 23 games with the Blackhawks this season. He recorded seven goals and seven assists through 12 games with Rockford.

The 29-year-old has notched 135 points over 382 regular-season NHL games and 39 points in 75 playoff games with the Blackhawks.

The Blackhawks host the Montreal Canadiens on Sunday night.
