3 people critically injured in West Side crash

CHICAGO -  Three people were critically injured after their car hit a building and caught on fire  in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

It happened at about 4:35 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Harrison Street and Kostner Avenue.

A car with three people inside hit a building near that intersection.  The car then caught on fire, and the three people got pinned in.

Two people were taken to Stroger Hospital, and one person was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital.

All three were in critical condition.
