NEW YORK — A small act of kindness goes viral and gets a big reaction.

A man in New York gave a bare-chested homeless man the shirt off his back.

Joey Resto was on a train last Friday night when he encountered the shivering man.

The man said he had been robbed of his clothes and cash earlier.

Another passenger caught the act of kindness on video and posted it online and has been viewed more than 13 million times and got 300,000 likes.
