CHICAGO -- In our fast paced 24 hour a day world, sometimes finding healthier quality food loses out to grabbing what we can when we can.  But a new spot in Lincoln Park is trying to make this the place you turn to for chef driven, high quality food – frozen.

Steve Menza’s Frozen Foodies is the first of its kind. Fresh frozen meals from local award winning chefs that take just minutes to heat up in your microwave, but look and taste like they came from a restaurant.

It’s all thanks to some high tech innovations and joining forces with some big names in the foodie biz.

Items are simply tossed in microwave from one to six minutes.  Dishes range in price from $6 to $10 and for those of us keeping health in mind there is the “Wholesome Foodie” line.
