CHICAGO -- For the second straight day, there are major cancellations at O'Hare Airport on Tuesday in the wake of a nasty, winter storm.

At O'Hare, hundreds of flights have been scrubbed. Thousands of frustrated travelers are waiting in line and hoping to get through security and catch their planes.

"It's horrible. I'm a hostage at O'Hare Airport," said one traveler.

24 flights are also canceled at Midway.
