BRUSSELS -- Belgian authorities are holding two men, believed to be members of ISIS, on suspicion they were plotting a series of attacks on New Year’s Eve.

Police searched two homes in Brussels and seized ISIS propaganda, military-style uniforms and computer evidence.

Investigators say the suspects don't appear to be connected to the recent attacks in Paris.
