1 Dead, 1 injured in Englewood shooting

CHICAGO  –  Chicago Police officers are investigating a shooting in the Englewood neighborhood that killed a 28-year-old man and injured a 28-year-old woman.
They were standing outside a car near the intersection of 59th street and Wentworth Avenue, when someone reportedly walked up and fired several shots.
The man was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The woman was shot in the back and was taken to Stroger Hospital.

No arrests have been made in the shooting.
