Victims of Chicago Uber attack speak out

CHICAGO -- An Uber driver is charged after an altercation with two female passengers.

The women requested an Uber Tuesday night in Streeterville and when the driver Chieh Wang, 37, arrived, one of the women was not ready to be picked up.

Wang became upset and left the scene.

He returned a short time later and began attacking the women with a snow brush. A witness captured the attack on video.

Police arrived at the scene and Wang was taken into custody.

He faces three misdemeanor charges, including battery and damage to property.

The women refused medical attention. One of their cell phones was damaged during the attack.
