Megan's Tips:

Boots
Leather – clean, polish, then protect.
Suede – clean & brush is key then protect.

Sweaters
For  piling, stick with a sweater stone and run along the grain of the fabric.

Hats and Gloves
Avoid germs, oil, and makeup collecting on your winter accessories over the season. Hand wash every 2-3 weeks.

Jeans
If you have salt rings on your jeans, let the salt completely dry and then brush with a bristle brush, followed by cleaning with a soft cloth and a water/vinegar mix (about  1 Tbs vinegar in 1 quart water) then final wipe with a damp cloth.
