ISIS calls San Bernardino shooters ‘supporters’
SAN BERNARDINO, Cal. – ISIS is now calling the couple that shot and killed 14 people in California this week their “supporters”. They made the statement during a broadcast on the terror group’s official radio station this morning.
The extremist group praised the attack, but stopped short of claiming responsibility.
Syed Farook, 28 and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, 27, opened fire at a San Bernardino holiday party on Wednesday.
During the attack, Malik posted on social media her allegiance to the leader of ISIS.
Authorities found thousands of rounds of ammunition and 12 pipe bombs in their home.
The FBI has expanded their search for information about the couple worldwide.
