CHICAGO - The "Hot Stove" talk in baseball had it's first major fire ignite on Tuesday.
Boston made a splash in free agency by signing pitcher David Price to a seven-year, $217 million dollar contract that makes him the highest paid pitching in major league history.
Price was considered a major target for the Cubs who are looking to add another strong starter to their rotation for the 2016 season. But this is just the beginning of a long process for Theo Epstein as he tries to help the Cubs take the next step towards a World Championship.
Baseball free agency was a big part of the Julie DiCaro's appearance on Sports Feed on Wednesday night. Along with the Cubs, the 670 The Score anchor and reporter also talked about the Bulls, Blackhawks along with the Bears with Jarrett Payton and Josh Frydman.
