A scientist in Berkeley is making this claim. He specializes in genomes and biology. He says it's not just an opinion, it's a fact; and adds that science backs him up.

According to him, the best genes are spread throughout the world and since Puerto Ricans have a diverse background, they've inherited the best genes from Europe, West Africa, Native America and more!
