Depaul student charged in sexual assault of fellow student with mental disabilities

CHICAGO -- A student at Depaul University is charged with sexually assaulting a fellow student with mental disabilities.

Police say 19-year-old Joseph Annel invited the 22-year-old woman to his room Friday to watch TV, but then he touched her inappropriately.

The woman has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old.

Annel is jailed on $50,000 bond. He is due back in court today.
