AMSTERDAM — The results of the Dutch investigation into the crash of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 will be released today.

The report is not expected to say who was responsible.

Victims’ relatives were briefed Tuesday morning on the report. They were reportedly told the Boeing 777 was hit back in July of 2014, by a Russian surface-to-air missile in rebel-controlled eastern Ukraine.

All 298 people on board were killed.

Russia has denied any involvement in the incident.
