CHICAGO — The Cubs are now doing some trash talking.

In Game 2 of the NLDS, the Cardinals hit three home runs at their stadium.

St. Louis was still losing, but the fans cheered for a curtain call.

Those are usually reserved for big home runs. So after the Cubs first of six home runs in Game 3, the official Cubs Twitter account posted, “Wait were we supposed to give @kschwarb12 a curtain call? @cardinals?”

Well played, Cubs.
