CHICAGO -- Antiquated and out of gas. That is how many describe the taxi cab industry that has been thriving in Chicago’s for over a hundred years.

When the likes of Uber moved in, licensed cabbies say they feel they are being driven out of town.

And lawmakers find themselves at a real fork in the road.
