CHICAGO - The Patrick Kane investigation has brought out some of the worst in people on social media over the past two months.

Julie DiCaro knows all to well.

This past week the 670 The Score update host and writer penned an article for Sports Illustrated in which she shared some of the angry responses she received on Twitter since an investigation into Kane began in August. "Threats. Vitriol. Hate. Ugly truth about women in sports and social media" examined the struggle which female journalists still have in today's sports world.

On Sunday DiCaro came on Sports Feed to discuss the reaction she has received over the past two months and the article. She discussed her viewpoints with Jarrett Payton and Josh Frydman while also talking about the Cubs' upcoming NL Wild Card game against the Pirates.
